Dreamers is a gastronomic café known for arguably the most popular breakfasts in the city, an author-driven kitchen, and a distinctive approach to wine and coffee.

All kitchen processes are led by Vitaliy Papp, whose philosophy is built around the use of local ingredients, careful selection of suppliers, and close collaboration with sustainable, eco-friendly farms. The cuisine is full of unexpected combinations (just take a look at our menu!), with most dishes inspired by the northern aesthetic so close to us as residents of Saint Petersburg.

Every four months, the chef creates a new tasting menu. If you want to truly understand our philosophy and get to know us better, this experience is not to be missed.

In 2021, we opened our own bakery, and every morning we bake crispy croissants, three-flour tartine, addictive grissini, and dark northern bread with seeds.

Our wine list features around 300 selections. Reflecting the northern character of the cuisine, it includes many wines from Champagne, Germany, Austria, and other cool-climate regions. In 2021 and 2022, Dreamers was recognized with international awards from Wine Spectator and Fine Wine (two stars and a Jury Prize). We also use Coravin, allowing our guests to explore several exceptional wines in one evening — and return later for their favorites.
